September is the point where the fixture list gets serious. The window is closed, early form is starting to mean something, and all five major leagues run three rounds before the break. For anyone registering with Bet9ja in September, the promotion code is YOHAIG.

What the YOHAIG code actually does

The promo field sits on the Bet9ja registration form and most people scroll straight past it. Skipping it is a quiet loss, because the field only works once. Type YOHAIG into that box and the account is flagged for the welcome offer, worth up to ₦100,000 depending on your first deposit.

Nothing is charged for the code. It applies to new accounts only, and the bonus carries rollover conditions like every welcome offer in the Nigerian market. Read them on the promo page before you fund the account rather than after.

How the month starts

The standout fixture that weekend is Schalke hosting Bayern Munich at 17:30 on the Saturday. There is plenty around it. The same Saturday gives you Bayer Leverkusen against Union Berlin and Hoffenheim against Borussia Dortmund, both at 14:30. Every time given is WAT. UK and Nigerian clocks match through September, so nothing needs adjusting.

The second run of fixtures

The biggest fixture of the middle weekend is Brest against Paris Saint-Germain at 19:45 on the Sunday. The supporting card includes Elversberg against Bayern Munich at 16:30 on the Sunday. Note that La Liga plays a full midweek round on 15, 16 and 17 September, easy to overlook.

The final club weekend of the month

The closing card includes Stuttgart against Borussia Dortmund at 17:30 on the Saturday. After that the club calendar shuts down. All five major leagues stop after Sunday 20 September and do not return until October. Because two international breaks were merged into one window from 24 September to 6 October, the back third of the month has no club football in the big five.

The full month, every league, every kick-off time in Nigerian time, is laid out here: Bet9ja September fixtures.

Nigeria opens the AFCON 2027 road

In Nigeria the break is anything but quiet. The Super Eagles start 2027 AFCON qualifying at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium against Madagascar, before an away trip to Guinea-Bissau four days later. Nigeria sit in Group L with Tanzania, Madagascar and Guinea-Bissau, and the group has a wrinkle. Tanzania are co-hosts and have their place already, so the route out of the group works differently. After missing the 2026 World Cup, patience around the squad is thin.

Practical notes for September

Enter the code at registration, not after. The code only applies to a new account. Set a figure for the month before the first Friday and stick to it. Read the rollover terms on the welcome bonus before your first deposit. Spend most of your budget before the break, because the club fixtures stop on the 20th. There is very little club football after that. Handle the international window separately from your club approach. Travel and squad availability matter far more in qualifiers. Cut a leg or two off the acca you were about to build.

Offers change through the season, so check the current page instead of an old post. The latest Bet9ja Promotion Code YOHAIG bonus code page on bet9japromotioncode.ng carries the current terms.
