If YOHAIG is being rejected or the bonus has not appeared, the problem is usually procedural rather than a fault with the code. Here is the checklist.

Extra characters

Copying YOHAIG from a webpage often brings a trailing space with it. A space before or after the code can cause a silent failure. Clear the field and type it in by hand.

1. The account already existed

The Promotion Code field only appears on the registration form. There is no way to add a code afterwards, through support or otherwise. If you registered without it, the welcome offer is not available on that account.

Qualifying deposit not met

Entering YOHAIG does not credit anything by itself. A deposit below ₦100 does not activate the offer. Some payment methods take time to clear, and the bonus only lands once funds arrive.

KYC pending

bet9ja promotion code 2026 holds bonuses until the account is verified. Confirm the email or SMS link, then complete your address and bank details under My Account.

Already claimed

The offer is limited to one per account, household, IP address and payment method. If someone on your connection has already claimed, or you have used that card elsewhere, the system will block it. This is not something support will override.

Rollover not met

Bonus funds sit in a separate balance from your cash balance. Wagering runs at 10x, on selections priced at 3.00 or higher, within 30 days. Bets below 3.00 do not count and will draw from cash instead. Progress is visible under My Account.

Still stuck?

Contact bet9ja promotion code support directly with your account reference and the time of registration. They can confirm whether a promotion code was attached, which resolves the question one way or the other.

The simplest fix is prevention: enter YOHAIG during registration, verify the account, then deposit ₦100 or more.
